Kate and Ben

A few months before their wedding, Kate got in touch looking for someone who could take some of the pressure off and help make sure their day ran as smoothly as possible.

From our first conversations, it was clear that there were lots of moving parts to bring together, from the marquee and multiple suppliers to creating a timeline that reflected exactly what Kate and Ben wanted, while also allowing everything and everyone to work seamlessly behind the scenes.

With a few questions, conversations and plenty of planning, the wedding day seemed to arrive in the blink of an eye.

One of the biggest challenges on the day was the heat, but with some quick thinking and careful coordination, we were able to make sure everyone was comfortable and looked after. From setting up the perfect ceremony spot and coordinating the ceremony itself, to keeping suppliers on track and making sure everything was running smoothly and looking spotless, my role was to take care of the details so Kate and Ben could simply enjoy their day.

And that’s exactly what they did!

Their wedding was everything they had hoped for: relaxed, beautiful and full of moments they could enjoy without worrying about what was happening behind the scenes.

Kate’s words at the end of the day, “I couldn’t have done it without you,” meant the world to me. Knowing that I had helped take away the pressure and allowed them to truly be present and enjoy one of the biggest days of their lives is exactly why I love what I do.
